Annual Wine Club Appreciation Lunch

Come enjoy a wonderful lunch, catered by the second to none Spinster Sisters restaurant of Santa Rosa, paired with your favorite Peterson Wines all while taking in the breath taking views of the beautiful Dry Creek Valley!

First course -

Local lettuces, roasted strawberries, sky hill goat cheese, almonds, golden balsamic dressing
Herb and sea salt focaccia

Main Course -

Roasted Tuscan pork loin with balsamic cipolini onions and salsa verde 
Yellow Finn Potato and celery root salad with bacon, dijon, and fennel
Roasted Nantes carrots and herb gremolata
